What we do

You follow an event. We check the seller's own public availability on a schedule. When it changes in your favour, we email or text you with a link straight to the seller.

What we tell you about

• Tickets available — a sold-out event has stock again.
• Face-value resale — a resale listing appears at or under face value.
• Under your price cap — stock appears below the maximum you set.
• On sale now — an event you were waiting for opens.

We do not yet alert on new tour dates or on changes to an event you follow. When we do, this page will say so.

AXS and See Tickets are still being verified against live pages; alerts from them may lag while we tune them.

What we never do

• We never add a ticket to a basket.
• We never buy, hold or resell a ticket.
• We never complete any part of a purchase.
• We have no account with any seller acting on your behalf.
• Every purchase happens on the seller's own site, in your own browser, at the seller's own price.

That is a product decision and also a legal one — see our terms.

What it costs

Nothing today. There is a limit on how many events one account can follow at once. If that changes, we will tell you before it does.
